You can pay by personal check, a cashier's/ money order, or pay via credit card(charges apply). The easiest way to pay your rent is on your Resident Portal and there is no cost to you!

Who is responsible for paying for utilities?

Residents are responsible for paying all utilities.

What type of pets do you accept?

Town29 accepts cats, dogs, and small caged animals. Please see the Rental Criteria regarding pet rent, deposit, restrictions and documentation needed.

Who do I call regarding noise disturbances?

During office hours you may call the management office. After hours please contact Security Patrol at 877-482-7343.

How do I place a service request for maintenance for my apartment?

You can submit maintenance requests on your Resident Portal!

Do you have bike storage on the property?

Yes, we have secure bike rooms on every floor!
